You can initialize the library and settings by following procedure. Initialized library and settings cannot be restored. Backup them before initialize.

1. Enter %AppData% at the address bar of Windows Explorer.

2. Open Grass Valley folder.

3. Delete Mync folder. If GV Browser folder also exists, delete it.
