I do not receive preliminary registration e-mail. How do I solve the problem?

      

Please confirm followings:

 

- Did you enter correct e-mail address in EDIUS ID web site?

- Confirm that the e-mail is sent to the spam folder.

- Is @grassvalley.com registered as "block certain domains" in your application settings.
