If Windows can detect connected TV as a part of multiple monitor, you can preview clip on the TV. 

1. Choose monitor extend in Windows monitor settings

2. Start Mync then choose [Settings] > [Preview]

3. Choose connected TV at full screen preview pane.

4. Close the settings dialog.

5. Preview clip in full screen mode.
