The clip might be hidden by using [Hidden/Restore] context menu. You can see hidden clip(s) via [View] > [Hidden Clip]. "Hidden Clip" has two sub-menu as following:

Display Hidden Clips:

Both normal and hidden clips are displayed in the library.

Display only hidden clips:

Only hidden clips are displayed in the library.
