Recycle in in Mync is different to Winidows Recycle bin. It only works for registered clips. When you right-click on the clip in the library then choose [Move to recycle bin] context menu, clip will be moved from the library to the recycle bin, but clip file still exists in the original location (folder).

Procedure to back to the library

Open the recycle bin then right-click on the clip and choose [Restore] context menu.

Procedure to unregister clip from library

Open the recycle bin then right-click on the clip and choose [Remove from library] context menu. Selected clip will be removed from library, but clip file still exists in import destination (folder). 

Procedure to delete clip file

Open the recycle bin then right-click on the clip and choose [Delete File] context menu. Selected clip will disappear from the library and clip file will be removed from the library to Windows recycle bin.
