Cannot browse clips in device
I connect my smartphone or tablet to my computer and click the displayed device under [Folder] > [Removable Device] at the sidebar, but photo or video is not displayed.
Try the followings to fix this:
1. To connect a device such as a smartphone, you need to unlock the device.
2. When you connect a device such as a smartphone, if the device shows a screen to confirm whether or not to allow connection, select “Allow”.
* It may take a while to display clip depending on the device you use.
